Alan Koroluk
Founder & President
Currently a student at Baylor University, Alan is passionate about addressing youth unemployment and fostering leadership among young people. Born in Monterrey, Mexico, his vision for TAV is to develop self-sustaining chapters that equip students with the skills and resources they need to succeed while building a nationwide network of engaged volunteers. Beyond his work with TAV, Alan enjoys playing guitar and has a Mexican clothing brand called Alan Daniel Apparel.
Antonio Soberon
Vice President
Antonio Soberon was raised in Reynosa, Tamaulipas in Mexico, and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals, fostering leadership among young people, and giving back to those in need. As an MBA candidate, he is dedicated to creating opportunities that empower the next generation to build skills, secure meaningful employment, and grow into impactful leaders within their communities.
