Please fill out the request form below and one of our team members will review your events and calculate your hours. You will receive an official Transcript from TAV to the email linked to your account within 1-5 days after your request. You will then be able to download or print out your transcript. Please contact us to self-submit hours from personal volunteer experiences or you will ONLY have hours from events done with TAV.
